JSteward replied: "L-arginine could help. Also Ginseng, Yohimbe or Maca(But be careful with Maca and Yohimbe - they are very strong, have side effects and there have even been deaths reported, so study some info before taking them)
So the ones above could be ok if taken properly.
Just avoid all internet "herbal viagra" scams and see what you can get at your local health store. I really do not know any natural alternative as effective as viagra.
Cialis could be a good help, too, but always consult your doc if it is ok for you to take these meds.
Just be sure you get the real stuff and stay away from online scams and herbal viagra scams.
I am currently a cialis (former viagra user) myself and really do not believe all this "herbal viagra" and other stuff. But with that I mean I do not believe all these "herbal viagra" internet ads. I have tried some of these pills (vigrx, zencore tabs, provigrax) and felt quite scammed, the effect was not close to what viagra or cialis have.
With that I do not say that there are no natural ways, I believe that there are wild plants that can be used with good results and have been used by different cultures for thousands of years.
Same as healthy lifestlyle, proper diet, regular sleep , quting smoking/drinking and other bad habits, working out regulary can improve erections and may be even help to overcome ed.
And there is also no guaranty that this stuff which is being advertised as effective as viagra, fully natural and without any side effects is really natural and without side effects.
Just see the google search link below about zencore tabs, some potentially dangerous substances have been found in them and they are being banned from Canadian markets right now.
a good source for ed meds like viagra cialis levitra is viagrausers.info . it is an online community of viagra cialis and levitra users with good info and a message board, the site also has got price comparison of cheapest and trusted online pharmacies."
oyesterbilly replied: "Luckilly I do not have too serious erectile problems and Horny Goat Weed pills work fine for me. But even with this natural stuff
you must be careful if you have heart and blood pressure problems. So I should not suggest him to use any ed meds or herbs(all have something to do with blood vessels in penis and blood pressure) before seeing his doc."
i would like to find a proven, herbal remedy, for ed.? i have ed, i am 55, and cannot afford the viagra type medications. i am looking for herbal alternatives, but cant afford to experiment endlessly,
i would like to hear about personally tried, proven, and yes it works, herbal alternatives. i have researched hundreds of ads, but looking for personal testimonial. thanks
oldtimekid2 replied: "I would love to say there was just one natural cure for E.D., but unfortunately, it depends on what's causing it. Supplements and herbs give your body nutrition it's otherwise lacking... without knowing exactly what it's lacking, it's hard to say exactly what would help it the most.
That being said, there are several things you can take to help "ignite your passions". The most popular natural passion products are Tribulus, Maca, Horny Goat Weed, Yohimbe, Avena Sativa, Tongkat Ali (or LongJax), L-Arginine, and L-Citrulline. Each of those help a different aspect of sexual health, so you might need to try a few.
One thing to note is that Yohimbe does have a warning that it may increase your blood pressure, so you have to watch out for that. Aside from that, they are all very effective for many people. Good luck!"
Is Birth Control Abortion??? Oh George has gone off the deep end.. by pointing out the definition of abortion to include "the the prevention of implantation of a fertilized egg"...is this going to open the door to insurance companies denying reimbursement for birth control, but we can pay for Viagra type medications?? Is this an attempt to deny funding to Planned Parenthood...again? Women should stand up and say "we are mad as hell...and we're not gonna take it anymore"

Because birth control only helps prevent a pregnancy from happening, I do not see why it could be classified as a type of abortion. While debate exists as to whether abortion messes with the sanctity of life, birth control only prevents life from being created and doesn't destroy something supposedly living."

Call Me Bwana replied: "It would be nice if you would actually frame the argument using facts, all the facts, instead of misleading snippets.
One of the problems with medical providers that use government funding is that there has been discrimination allowed against people who, for religious reasons, refuse to perform abortions or prescribe or fill prescriptions for abortificants or birth control.
Because the government does not allow discrimination based on religious belief, it has proposed to make those providers who accept federal funding to not be able to discriminate against those people.
HHS has a proposal that would cut "federal funds to hospitals and states that attempt to compel medical providers to offer legal abortion and contraception services to women."
They have to protect the right of doctors and pharmacists to not provide these services or products based on their religious beliefs.
It's a government dilemma. They can't support religious intolerance, even if that might interfere with a woman's birth control or abortion. After all, the right to practice religion is right there in the First Amendment.
You should really be more honest about the situation; why don't you trust people to make informed decisions? Why spin the story?
I, as a Republican and conservative, trust the people to figure it out when they have all the information. I don't like spin."

HolBol replied: "There is no simple pill or potion to increase sex drive in women. In fact, most women benefit from a multifaceted treatment approach aimed at the many causes behind this condition. This may include sex education, counseling, lifestyle changes and sometimes medication.
Lifestyle changes you can make
Healthy lifestyle changes can make a big difference in your desire for sex:
Exercise. Regular aerobic exercise and strength training can increase your stamina, improve your body image, elevate your mood and enhance your libido.
Stress less. Finding a better way to cope with work stress, financial stress and daily hassles can enhance your sex drive.
Be happier. A sense of personal well-being and happiness are important to sexual interest. So find ways to bring a little extra joy to your world.
Strengthen your pelvic muscles. Pelvic floor exercises (Kegel exercises) can improve your awareness of the muscles involved in pleasurable sexual sensations and increase your libido. To perform these exercises, tighten your pelvic muscles as if you're stopping a stream of urine. Hold for a count of five, relax and repeat. Do these exercises several times a day.
Relationship changes you and your partner can make
For women, better emotional intimacy often leads to better sexual intimacy:
Communicate with your partner. Conflicts and disagreements are a natural part of any relationship. Couples who learn to fight fair and communicate in an open, honest way usually maintain a stronger emotional connection, which can lead to better sex. Communicating about sex also is important. Talking about your likes and dislikes can set the stage for greater sexual intimacy.
Seek counseling. Talking with a sex therapist or counselor skilled in addressing sexual concerns can help with low sex drive. Therapy often includes education about sexual response and techniques and recommendations for reading materials or couples' exercises.
Set aside time for intimacy. Scheduling sex into your calendar may seem contrived and boring. But making intimacy a priority can help put your sex drive back on track.
Add a little spice to your sex life. Try a different sexual position, a different time of day or a different location for sex. If you and your partner are open to experimentation, sex toys and fantasy can help rekindle your sexual sizzle.
Medical treatments for low sex drive
Medications aren't always necessary to treat low sex drive. But they can help.
Treating underlying causes of low sex drive. The first medical intervention for low sex drive is usually addressing an underlying medical condition or medication that's known to have sexual side effects. This may include adjusting or changing your current medications or starting treatment for previously undetected conditions.
Estrogen therapy. Systemic estrogen therapy — by pill, patch or gel — can have a positive effect on brain function and mood factors that affect sexual response. Local estrogen therapy — in the form of a vaginal cream or a slow-releasing suppository or ring that you place in your vagina — can increase blood flow to the vagina and help improve desire. In some cases, your doctor may prescribe a combination of estrogen and progesterone.
Testosterone therapy. Male hormones, such as testosterone, play an important role in female sexual function, even though testosterone occurs in much lower amounts in women. However, replacing testosterone in women is controversial and it's not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for sexual dysfunction in women. Plus, it can cause negative side effects, including acne, excess body hair (hirsutism), and mood or personality changes. Testosterone seems most effective for women with low testosterone levels as a result of surgery to remove the ovaries (oophorectomy). If you choose to use this therapy, your doctor will closely monitor your symptoms and blood levels to make sure you're not experiencing negative side effects."
Generic Viagra and Pfizer's Viagra? Hi, i came accross a site called generic-compare.com that claims that generic viagra and pfizer viagra have exactly the same effects.
The prices are very-very low for the Generic type of viagra, but i wanted to know if they will REALLY WORK in the same way as the BrandName product ?
And if they do, why dosnt everyone just use the generic version of all medications ? (like generic cialis for example).
Thanks for your replys,
tomboe66 replied: "There is no legal generic viagra. This site is false."
j leaderman replied: "From my personal experince, they work just fine, and i use only generics...
But as said befor, there is a patent protection on viagra that is still valid, but from what i understand - some countries have removed the patent protection of the viagra product in order to make thiere own 'viagra' like kamagra for example, in anycase the site you stated has compared prices for both products so i dont think you'll have a problem saving cash anyways ;)"

John J replied: "Yes you can improve your sexual appetite by working out regularly at the gym to stimulate your libdio to another level and also there is some viagra type cream that you apply to your clit and vaginal opening that can arouse it sensitivity and stimulation to even greater heights."
Nick replied: "I read somewhere that Viagra is soon coming out with a pill specifically for women."
Amy R replied: "Nah, you need to work on the place your "sexy" is - in your head! You need to get more sleep, wear sexy underwear all day, read gothic romances (just the sexy bits), eat with your hands, etc. Do some yoga and some lower body work to get better blood flow down there. Get a device and work yourself up with it sometimes. Get some KY. Get a massage. Get a makeup makeover. Get a Brazilian wax. Think less about other junk and more about sex - that will do it."
armstrong replied: "mental distress is always a problem when it comes to the sexual desires...either something doesn't work properly, or you just don't want it at all. the only solution you'll get from anyone (including doctors) deal with whats stressing you out, or see a shrink an tell them what's going on if you cant tell anyone else. once you deal with mental anguish, you'll feel better resulting in you physical changes goin back to "normal state". unless youre pregnant... then no getting around that, but still deal with the stress, because that's not gonna be good for the kid."
purplesometimes replied: "Check into herbal remedies. Ask your doctor. If you are taking any type of anti-depressants, know that these can negatively effect your sexual desire. You can try progesterone cream, possibly testosterone (only with your doctor's approval and prescription), or go to the store and get some personal lubricant.
Exercise, get things out of the bedroom that don't belong there, make a conscious plan with yourself to be ready for a romantic, soft, bedtime at the same time every night. Doesn't have to lead to sex, but be feminine and romantic. Maybe a nice hot bath, soft music, etc.
Another idea is to tell your husband that you 2 should plan to only kiss and pet, but not make love. You must not actually make love. (Bet you do).
Have fun, and good luck!"

Even if you aren't in the mood when he is, at least *try* to have sex anyway- I find that once you start you'll eventually get into the mood anyway...sometimes it's just hard to start but once you do, you'll get turned on and have a great time!
Go to the salon and get your hair done, buy some new makeup, pamper yourself- make yourself feel beautiful and sexy. You'll be surprised at what a trip to the salon and Victoria's Secret can do for you!! Maybe you just feel like you are in a rut right now.
Good Luck hun!!"

You mabey need time to yourself, why not book a weekend away for your self or even go on a girlie night out, men often notice us more if we do our own thing as we seem more confident.
It can be exhausting trying to get aroused when you have been disappointed, think how your husband feels he prob thinks that hes a failure for not making you orgasim.
Hope this advice helps"

Concerning sexual relations when intoxicated.? I've noticed that on nights when I drink enough alcohol to be considered "drunk", I have a difficult time acheiving and maintaining an erection. When I am sober, I have no problems what so ever. I know that alcohol is the main cause of this problem, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any ways around this problems, besides taking prescription medication such as Viagra. Are there any lotions/creams, special types of condoms, or anything else that could help?
Less alcohol is the obvious answer, but that wasn't the reason I posted the question. I was wondering if anyone had any insight on other things that could work, such as the person that said to wear a latex ring around the base of the penis. Any other ideas?
dougalgershom replied: "Yes, there are ways around this problem: decrease your alcohol consumption and enjoy your erection! Excessive alcohol makes you feel flush/warm as it opens your capillaries on the surface of your skin. This action decreases available blood that would normally allow you to have your erection."

stay of the booze and enjoy reality.

mypublicident replied: "LOL, I guess you have never hear the term whisky [insert short name for richard]."
Chris replied: "It's good that you know that alcohol is the cause, because aside from taking a risky drug, the only real way around the problem is to lower your alcohol intake. Either that, or don't drink so fast so that you can keep the buzz, but still be able to perform when the time comes."
profit0004 replied: "There are solutions...
But besides using them, why not just drink less?
One solution is a simple elastic band around the base of the penis, assuming you can achieve an erection this would maintain it, just be sure your not too drunk to remove it after sex.
That would be bad."

Other things you mention might help in the short term, but since every man reacts differently to different stimulation, you'd have to just experiment and see what works.
But I want you to think very carefully about this question I have for you...Why aren't you willing to simply cut back on the drinking enough that your performance does not suffer for it?
Seriously, Dude,if getting plowed is more important to you than getting it up, you have a drinking problem."

Erectile Dysfunction at a Young Age? any suggestions? I am 27 years old and have had issues with erectile dysfunction since I was like 20, 21, something around there... first time I went to the doctor he thought I was depressed and that it was pyschological and prescribed welbutrin, I didn't think I was depressed, was actually pretty content with life... after about 4 or 5 months, nothing improved, so I went to see him again... he prescribed viagra, which then lead to cialis, and back to viagra again.....these helped for some time, but now it's damn near impossible for me to get an erection.... and when I do it's not full on it's like a limp half azz hard erection then dies within seconds. Thought it was the medication so I stopped all viagra, cialis etc and after longer than 3 months still can't seem to get anything to work??? I don't have medical insurance and I am wondering what the hell is wrong with me? If anyone knows of a natural cure of anything that I can try to help me that would be great. My relationship is dieing and my self esteem along with my libido is going with it. I don't understand, the desire is there, but can't seem to maintain ANY type of solid erection for any length of time. It's as if it doesn't want to work at all????? can anyone please help!!! like I said I have no medical so no doctors will see me... the doctor I originally went through was during a time period when I had medical, but lost my job. Willing to try anything, tried porn, masturbation, etc, NOTHING! I'm really worried my lil soldier is asleep for good, maybe it has to do with neck issues and lower back issues, because I have been to a chiropractor because of an accident around when the problems occured that says I have no curve in my neck which gives me lower back problems as well..... please HELP!

I found this natural herbal enhancer and figured what the heck, if it's natural it must be great and plus it said no side effects. I tried it and after about two days of taking it I was just horny like a mad man. All the time, I have erections that want to stand straight up and the orgasms are to die for. The stuff was called vigrx plus and I saved on it at the time at hughs-reviews.com , You should check it out. I love the fact it's made from a researched blend of herbs that seem to do the trick for me atleast.
Good luck and I hope this helps."
