As said here, you will feel more energy, alive, aggressive (but not in a bad way) and all the good things a guy would like to have. Including more lead in his pencil.
As in any steroids, overdosing CAN happen and should be taken only as directed. Roid rage is possible and human hormones taken in concentrated quantities can produce other harmful side efx too.
Prostrate issues can spring up and having blood checked every 3 to 6 months is a good idea to watch levels of many different things that can be affected.
I take 1cc every week in my leg (self injection) and have for a couple years now. This ol' dawg can now get off the porch and run with the pack, but I still know my limitations. What happens to you when you get testosterone injections? I JUST found out that I have a testosterone deficiency which means I'll more than likely have to get testosterone injections (I have to go in for a couple more labs to be sure but the doc is pretty sure about the results). What sort of changes happen to you when you get injections? Will I sprout hair on my chest? Will my voice get deeper? Will my testicles swell to the size of grapefruits? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

It can convert to DHT and cause you to lose your head hair. It helps me maintain what i have left of my hair ,after years of going without any, as i lost both testicles from an accident in 84. I have very thin pubic hair and chest hair because of going without for so many years. I have kept my head hair and a full bead though.
